Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the parameters, restrictions, and prohibited actions when interacting with TechWhizz systems, networks, portals, and APIs.
Table of Contents
1. Website Misuse
You agree not to use our website or services in any manner that violates local, national, or international laws. Prohibited actions include launching Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, scraping content without written consent, or utilizing automated scripts to submit spam queries through our lead generation forms.
2. Unauthorized Access
You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to our development servers, staging environments, Git repositories, or admin dashboards. Security testing, port scanning, or vulnerability enumeration is prohibited unless explicitly authorized under a written penetration testing contract.
3. Reverse Engineering
Clients and website visitors may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract the source code of any proprietary frameworks, UI layout animations, or backend scripts developed by TechWhizz unless explicitly permitted by license parameters inside an executed statement of work.
4. Spam & Messaging Restrictions
You may not leverage our email contact channels or forms to distribute marketing spam, recruitment cold pitches, commercial solicitations, chain letters, or unsolicited advertising. Any contact data harvested from our site is strictly for valid software services inquiries.
5. Malware & Threat Injection
You must not introduce, upload, or transmit any malware, ransomware, keyloggers, Trojan horses, logic bombs, or malicious payloads to our contact forms or customer databases. Threat injection attempts will be logged and reported to appropriate cyber incident registries.
6. Illegal Activities
Our codebases and systems must not be used to build, host, or deploy platforms that facilitate illegal activities, fraud, identity theft, child exploitation, darknet marketplaces, or unauthorized financial transactions.
7. Account & Credential Abuse
If you are granted access to a TechWhizz client portal or code staging repository, you are responsible for maintaining secure passwords. You must not share credentials, publish access tokens in public repositories, or allow unauthorized third parties to access staging areas.
8. API Abuse & Rate Limiting
When interacting with TechWhizz API endpoints or custom client portals: you must respect our defined rate limits and pagination boundaries. Flooding APIs, executing concurrent queries designed to exhaust database connections, or bypassing authentication protocols is strictly prohibited.
9. Content Restrictions
You may not upload, transmit, or store any content inside our systems or shared staging drives that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
10. Termination & Enforcement
TechWhizz reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website, staging servers, and APIs immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your actions violate this Acceptable Use Policy or represent a threat to our engineering infrastructure.
