1. Program Description

TechWhizz Inc. ("TechWhizz", "we", "us", or "our") provides business messaging alerts, system status notifications, one-time passwords (OTP) for account verification, and meeting updates to clients and professionals. The messaging program is designed strictly to facilitate operational updates related to ongoing software projects, meeting schedules, and technical consultation requests.

2. Opt-in and Consent

By providing your phone number on our website forms (such as our consultation contact forms) or in project specs under a Statement of Work (SOW), you explicitly consent to receive transactional and operational SMS messages from TechWhizz. Consent to receive text messages is not a requirement for any purchase or contract signing. We never share or buy consent lists.

3. Message Frequency

The frequency of text messages varies depending on your interactions with us. You will receive SMS alerts primarily when:

• An architect schedules, reschedules, or confirms a consultation roadmap call.
• A critical system deployment, server outage, or pipeline error requires immediate technical alerts.
• You request a one-time verification passcode (OTP) for secure login.

Typically, messaging is restricted to under 5 messages per week unless critical active development alerts are active.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, or from you to us. Please check with your cellular provider for detailed rates under your mobile data plan parameters.

5. STOP Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt-out and stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you explicitly opt-in again.

6. HELP Instructions

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, or need assistance, reply HELP to any message, or contact our support team at info@techwhizz.co. We will respond promptly with resolution parameters.

7. Supported Carriers Disclaimer

Our messaging program is supported by major mobile carriers across North America and global operators. However, cellular carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to local signal parameters and network availability.

8. Privacy Statement

All phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are handled in strict confidence according to our Privacy Policy. We safeguard your phone metadata using TLS encryption and role-based permissions.

9. No Sale of Information

Strict Policy: TechWhizz does not sell, lease, rent, trade, or share your phone numbers, contact records, consent parameters, or SMS history with third-party marketers, advertisers, or affiliates for commercial promotion.
