In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a signed MSA/SOW, the terms of the signed MSA/SOW shall prevail.

5. Project Estimates & Scoping

Any project estimates, initial architectures, milestones, pricing projections, or roadmap timelines provided on our website or during sales consultations are non-binding parameters. Binding quotes and execution specs are defined exclusively in a finalized Statement of Work (SOW) executed by authorized representatives of both parties.

6. Architecture Consulting

Technical consultations and architectural blueprints shared prior to signing an MSA are intended strictly for discovery purposes. TechWhizz does not guarantee system performance, security posture, or integration feasibility until formal architecture verification sprints are conducted under contract.

7. Third Party Links

Our website may reference external platforms, tool providers, or technology partners (such as AWS, Azure, OpenAI, Vercel). We do not control or endorse the content, policies, or availability of these external third-party sites and assume no responsibility for them.

8. Confidential Information

For custom AI integrations, LLM pipelines, and automated agent workflows: TechWhizz builds models utilizing third-party foundation APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face). We make no warranties regarding model output consistency, hallucinations, or prompt drifts, as these outputs are subject to the probabilistic nature of neural networks.
